My favorite webcams are the streaming ones. Static pictures are nice but in situations where people are moving around why not have a streaming webcam? I can only imagine streaming cams are more expensive to run but for the viewer they are much more fun.

Now if you can add in the sounds of the city that would be even better. It would really be just like being there. I would like to put up a webcam but I do not have anything to show. Currently I do not have a fantastic view of Los Angeles to show 24/7 but when the situation changes I will put a web cam up.
